The Downtown Clinic's eligibility guidelines are based on income levels of 185% of Federal Poverty Guidelines or below and a lack of Medicaid, Medicare or other health insurance.

Family of four with a monthly income of $2,575 or less.

One person family with a monthly income of $1,271 or less.
